House Cleaner

Job Overview

TrueCrown Cleaning is hiring reliable, detail-oriented house cleaners to provide high-quality residential cleaning services. This role involves standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleans for our clients’ homes. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, show up on time, communicate clearly, and consistently deliver excellent results.

Prior professional cleaning experience is helpful but not required. We provide clear procedures, expectations, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential cleaning services including standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleans
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas according to TrueCrown standards
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize all required surfaces
• Clean appliances (exterior and interior when required by service type)
• Bring and properly use required cleaning supplies and equipment
• Take before-and-after photos and upload them through the Booking Koala app
• Communicate with the office regarding delays, issues, or time overruns
• Treat client homes and belongings with care and professionalism
• Follow all safety guidelines for cleaning products and equipment

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning checklists
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable working independently
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, standing, and repetitive motion
• Smartphone access for scheduling, clocking in/out, and photo uploads
• Reliable transportation to job locations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial services
• Familiarity with deep cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning
• Customer service experience
