Duties and Responsibilities to exceed in this role:

• Work 15 - 30 hours per week (varies) between 8am and 5pm
• Have a flexible as the schedule can change often due to client and company needs
• Attend our weekly WIN meetings on Monday’s at 8am & once a month in-person meetings on Tuesday’s at 8am
• Lift/move items up to 20lbs
• Need to be motivated & willing to always improve & have a high standard of cleanliness
• Perform basic cleaning duties with high attention to detail: dusting, vacuuming, mopping
• Able to bend, kneel, lift and reach
• Must care for your supplies & clean and store equipment properly at the end of shift
• Collect and remove trash
• Report, turn in and log all broken items or items needing repair
• Must stock your supplies and be prepared for all cleans
• Be willing to travel up to 30 minutes outside of Findlay
• Must be ok working alone when a client is home
• Must be a team player and complete other fun tasks that might be assigned
