Compensation:

Commission-based. Most team members earn $20–$30/hour equivalent, depending on efficiency, service type, and schedule consistency. Reliable, high-quality work is rewarded.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform high-quality residential (house cleaning) and small office cleaning services
• Follow structured checklists to maintain consistent quality
• Work independently or in small teams
• Communicate professionally with clients and the team

Schedule:

• Part-time (up to 20 hours per week, based on availability and demand)
• Typical shifts range from 3–6 hours
• Weekday availability required

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
• Able to perform physical cleaning tasks (lifting, standing, etc.)
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently

Preferred (Not Required):

• Cleaning or janitorial experience
• Customer service experience
