Schedule: Part-time or Full-time

Pay Structure:

Training Rate: $7.85/hr (up to 3 weeks; early advancement possible)

Standard Rate: $15/hr once training is complete

Performance Raises: Earn up to $20/hr based on reliability and quality

What You’ll Do

Clean residential homes: kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and bedrooms

Follow provided checklists and meet company quality standards

Complete 1–2 assignments per day (2–8 hours per shift)

Send before-and-after photos after each job

Interact professionally with clients and team members

Pay during training: $7.85/hr

After training: $15/hr

Requirements

Must provide your own cleaning supplies, vacuum, and mop

Valid driver's license and personal vehicle REQUIRED. Public transportation or rideshare is NOT sufficient.

Strong communication and time management skills

Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks

Cleaning experience is a plus — but not required!
