Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of vacation rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces
• Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and maintained according to health standards and company protocols
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels to ensure freshness for each guest
• Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality
• Restock supplies like toiletries, cleaning products, kitchen essentials, and linens to guarantee guest comfort
• Conduct detailed inspections of each property before guest check-in and after check-out to identify areas needing attention or repair
• Communicate effectively with management regarding maintenance issues or guest requests to uphold high service standards

Skills

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management
• Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and safe cleaning practices
• Ability to perform floor care tasks including carpet cleaning and surface polishing with precision
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction through professional interactions
• Competence in laundry operations and handling various cleaning equipment efficiently
• Familiarity with house cleaning techniques such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens
• Experience in cooking or food preparation is a plus for accommodating guest needs during longer stays
