House Cleaner: Green Cleaning

Part-time position with the opportunity for additional hours if you're open to travel.

Service Area

We primarily serve NW Philadelphia, Germantown, Mt. Airy, Roxborough, Jenkintown, Lansdale, and Phoenixville. Preference is given to applicants within reasonable travel distance.

Compensation

• With tips and performance bonuses, most team members average $23–$30+/hour
• Base Pay: $17–$19/hour, depending on experience and role on our team
• Hourly Bonuses for heavier work.
• Per-appointment pay is based on the job’s expected duration and scope
• Clients are encouraged to tip 10+% directly or via credit card to ensure consistency.

Travel & Safety

We use a per-appointment pay model that reflects your time cleaning and typical travel time between homes. Drive time is not paid separately, but we space jobs accordingly and prioritize realistic scheduling within your travel preferences. We never expect you to rush—we want you to arrive safely and take pride in your work.

Position Overview
We're looking for responsible, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Home Cleaning Professionals. You’ll work with a company that provides consistent clients, clear systems, and supportive communication.

Preferred but not required

• Previous experience in residential cleaning, caregiving, or hospitality
• Availability at least 3 weekdays per week
• Interest in eco-conscious or wellness-focused work environments

Responsibilities

• Drive to various residential locations as required, maintaining a valid driver's license.
• Arrive on time with fresh supplies and clean, folded microfiber cloths
• Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks, including cleaning kitchens & bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors to ensure a clean and sanitary environment.
• Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed to promote health and safety.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
