House Cleaner / Housekeeper

Pay: $20–$21/hr | $700–$900/week for top-performing A employees after training (~6 months)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Full-Time

This position is great for dependable, detail-oriented individuals with interest in residential cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, or customer service work. No prior cleaning experience is required—we provide full training.

What You'll Be Doing

• Performing detailed residential cleanings in client homes
• Following a clear cleaning system and checklist
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
• Ensuring every home meets Castle Fresh quality standards
• Working independently or with a team depending on the job

Responsibilities

• Complete high-quality home cleaning services
• Follow structured cleaning procedures and checklists
• Maintain consistency and attention to detail
• Communicate respectfully with customers and team members
• Respect client homes, belongings, and privacy
• Ensure jobs are completed thoroughly before leaving
