Job Description :

A Senior role at Ezer Home Solutions for experienced cleaners who ensure quality, lead client walk-throughs, and support their team. Cleaning Specialist IIIs uphold The Ezer Way: Look. Touch. Perfect. You’ll not only deliver spotless cleans, but also guide your team, check quality, and serve as the main link between the client, the office, and the crew.

Responsibilities :

• Lead client walk-throughs and confirm job expectations
• Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets company standards
• Support and mentor teammates during cleanings
• Serve as primary communicator with clients and the office
• Document notes, updates, and photos using company apps
  
  
  

Requirements :

• 1+ year of residential cleaning experience required
• Ability to complete solo cleans with confidence
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
• Comfortable with mobile apps for scheduling and documentation
• Must have a reliable vehicle and proof of insurance
• Ability to work 25–40 hours per week with a flexible schedule
