Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential, commercial, and hospitality settings. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Execute residential cleaning tasks, including kitchen sanitation, bathroom cleaning, and bedroom organization.
• Conduct commercial cleaning in office spaces, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and presentable.
• Maintain cleanliness in vacation homes by following housekeeping management protocols, including changing linens and restocking supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction with cleaning services.
• Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in custodial work or residential/commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• A willingness to learn new cleaning methods and adapt to various environments is essential.
