• Organize cluttered areas and arrange furniture or belongings as needed to enhance space functionality
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines
• Communicate with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences or special requests
• Maintain a consistent cleaning schedule and complete all assigned tasks within designated timeframes
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the supervisor promptly

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning of all areas
• Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
