What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality residential cleanings using our proven Dusting Pro system and checklist
• Deliver high quality service with a professional, positive, and caring attitude
• Ability to work individually or with another team member, depending on the job
• Ensure thoroughness and consistency at every job
• Communicate clearly with clients, teammates and supervisors
• Represent our company with respect and professionalism at every job site

What We Require:

• Your own reliable vehicle with valid license & insurance
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Availability Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM
• Ability to work independently or as a team and follow our Dusting Pro Cleaning system
• Physical capacity to lift 25lb, bend, kneel and perform cleaning activities
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to quality and integrity
• Pass a background check and drug screening
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional mindset
