Key Responsibilities

Residential Cleaning & Sanitizing

• Deep clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists and client preferences

Detail Work

• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• Clean mirrors, windows, and glass to a streak-free finish

Floor Care

• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstery
• Sweep and mop all hard floors properly and safely

Organization & Reset

• Organize and straighten spaces as needed
• Replace linens and towels when required

Trash & Supply Management

• Empty trash and replace liners
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good condition

Communication & Accountability

• Follow special client instructions
• Report maintenance or repair issues
• Communicate clearly with clients and team leads

Time Management

• Complete high-quality work within scheduled timeframes

Required Qualifications (Please Read Carefully)

✅ 1+ years of professional residential cleaning experience (required)
✅ Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
✅ Dependable, punctual, and professional
✅ Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
✅ Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform cleaning tasks
✅ Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and proper product use
✅ Excellent communication skills
