What You'll Be Doing

• Cleaning and detailing residential homes to Wanny Clean's high standards
• Performing routine maintenance cleans as well as deep cleans and move-in/move-out services
• Following detailed room-by-room checklists to ensure consistency
• Managing your time efficiently across multiple client homes per day
• Communicating professionally with clients and fellow team members
• Handling cleaning products and equipment safely and responsibly
• Representing the Wanny Clean brand with professionalism and pride

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Reliable personal transportation to travel between job sites
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong attention to detail and a pride in quality work
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and remain active for full shifts
• Punctual, dependable, and trustworthy
• Professional demeanor in clients' homes

Preferred (not required — we train):

• Prior housecleaning, janitorial, or hospitality experience
• Familiarity with cleaning products, tools, and techniques
• Experience working in a customer-facing role

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move continuously for up to 8 hours
• Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching
• Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs
• Comfort working in varied home environments

About the Schedule

This is a stable, full-time Monday through Friday day shift position. You will have a consistent weekly schedule so you can plan your life. No nights. No weekends. No last-minute on-call requirements.
