House Cleaner – W-2 Employee – Sarasota, FL

We are hiring a house cleaner for vacation rental / Airbnb-style properties.
This is a W-2 EMPLOYEE position, not contractor (not 1099).

Schedule

• 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Approximately 6 hours per day
• Weekend and holiday availability required

Pay

• $50.000/ year (W-2)
• Paid trial day

Responsibilities

• Cleaning properties after guest check-out
• Cleaning short-term / vacation rental homes
• Working independently and efficiently
• Traveling between multiple properties as needed
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and consistency

Requirements

• Reliable personal vehicle (required)
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work independently
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Cleaning experience is a plus
