Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with team members to understand their needs and ensure the day runs smoothly.
- Lead and supervise cleaning teams across various locations, providing clear direction and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Schedule daily cleaning assignments, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Foster a positive team environment by motivating staff, recognizing achievements, and addressing performance issues promptly.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment.
