House Cleaning Technician

Pay: $900 to $1,100 weekly + tips & bonuses
Schedule: Full-Time, Daytime (Weekdays 8:00 am–5:00 pm or 8:30 am–5:30 pm), with occasional weekend coverage (2 weekend days/month). Also hiring a Part-Time Weekend employee (10–12 hours per weekend).
Location: Pickerington, Canal Winchester, Reynoldsburg & nearby suburbs

We're hiring one full-time technician to cover Pickerington, Canal Winchester, Reynoldsburg, and nearby suburbs.

The Essentials

• Pay: $900 to $1,100 weekly + tips & bonuses
• $500 sign on bonus
• Weekly direct deposit

• Routes generally within 30 minutes

What You'll Do

• Clean recurring residential homes
• Vacuum, dust, mop, sanitize kitchens and bathrooms
• Detail work
• Mostly solo, some team projects for larger homes

Experience is nice, but not required. Reliability and a good work ethic matter most.

We're a W-2 company, not contractors, and provide supplies, workers comp, and support. Over time, there are opportunities to grow into leadership, training, or office roles.
