Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and upkeep of all assigned vehicles, ensuring they are always presentable and roadworthy to project a professional image.
• Provide safe and efficient transportation for family members to various destinations, prioritizing punctuality and adhering to designated routes and traffic regulations.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks, including fluid levels, tire pressure, and basic mechanical inspections, reporting any issues promptly for timely repairs.
• Manage the vehicle's fuel consumption and track expenses meticulously, submitting accurate records and receipts for reimbursement and budgeting purposes.
• Execute errands and fulfill requests as directed, such as grocery shopping, package delivery, and other household tasks, demonstrating proactive assistance.
• Ensure the security of the vehicles, including proper parking in secure locations and taking necessary precautions to prevent theft or damage.
• Maintain a detailed driving log, recording trips, mileage, and any incidents, providing transparency and facilitating efficient tracking.
• Handle luggage and packages with care and professionalism, offering assistance to family members and guests during travel.
• Adhere to a strict code of confidentiality, respecting the family's privacy and discretion in all interactions and activities.
• Adapt to a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays, demonstrating commitment to meeting the family's transportation needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent is required, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential, showcasing safe driving practices and legal compliance.
• A defensive driving certification is highly preferred, reflecting commitment to safety and responsible driving behavior.
• Prior experience in a similar role within a private household or hospitality setting is advantageous, revealing familiarity with the expectations.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, with a proven track record of reliability and professionalism.
• Preference for candidates with a valid passport and the ability to travel, as needed, expands the role's versatility.
