House Manager

Kindred Consulting, LLC is hiring a House Manager in Hendricks County, IN. This is an entry-level management position focusing on supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities to live independently. We are seeking applicants who share our commitment to integrity and supporting others to succeed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure clients' health and safety at home.
• Supervise, train, mentor, schedule, and problem-solve with Direct Support Professional (DSP) staff.
• Perform quality improvement activities, including auditing documentation and ensuring a clean home environment.
• Act as a liaison with administrative staff and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations.
• Rotating on-call responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 4 years of experience working with persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge: Understanding of individual support plans and client rights.
• Skills: Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to balance client focus with supervisory tasks.
• Other: At least 18 years old, a clean criminal history and nursing registry check, and the ability to travel within the assigned area.
