Key Responsibilities:
Housekeeping & Ambience:
* Maintain impeccable housekeeping standards throughout the residence.
* Ensure all living spaces are clean, fresh, and well-maintained (lighting, flowers, floors, toiletries, linen, etc.).
* Oversee change of bed linen, towels, runners, and other essentials.
* Supervise staff to maintain a polished and inviting environment at all times.
Wardrobe & Personal Belongings Management:
* Organize, manage, and account for all garments, shoes, accessories, and personal electronics.
* Coordinate with personal maid/valet to ensure outfits and accessories are paired appropriately.
* Ensure timely laundry and dry cleaning with proper handling.
* Maintain a log of wardrobe inventory and personal items.
* Ensure wallets are stocked with required cash and cards.
Travel Assistance:
* Pack and unpack luggage for travel, ensuring all belongings are intact and organized.
* Maintain checklist of essentials and ensure nothing is missed.
Meal Coordination:
* Liaise with the chef for preparation of daily meals, snacks, drinks, and fruit platters as per the Principal's preferences.
* Ensure all ingredients are hygienic and of high nutritional value.
* Monitor stock levels of mineral water, liquor, and pantry essentials.
* Track expiry dates of food items and maintain freshness.
Health & Wellness:
* Ensure timely administration of daily medicines and vitamins.
* Stock and replenish medical supplies as per doctor recommendations.
* Maintain medical records and be mindful of expiry dates of medicines.
Residence & Environment:
* Keep all areas (bedrooms, washrooms, living areas, kitchen, terrace, etc.) neat, fragrant, and clutter-free.
* Ensure everything is in its place and well organized.
* Monitor care of indoor/outdoor plants.
Personal Care Products:
* Maintain adequate stock of personal grooming and hygiene products.
* Purchase products as per Principal's preferences and usage.
* Ensure readiness of grooming essentials at all times.
Household Operations:
* Ensure all appliances and equipment are in working condition.
* Coordinate repairs and maintenance promptly.
* Supervise cleanliness and availability of cutlery, utensils, and groceries.
Guest & Gift Management:
* Present invitation cards, gifts, and floral arrangements to the Principal.
* Coordinate purchase of gifts or mementos when required.
Spa & Grooming Appointments:
* Arrange setup for massage, spa, facial, and grooming sessions.
* Coordinate appointments with required service professionals.
Daily Routine Oversight:
* Support the Principal s morning and night routines for relaxation and stress management.
* Ensure smooth coordination of chef and serving staff during meals.
Budgeting & Purchases:
* Prepare weekly/monthly household budgets and send for approval.
* Maintain records of petty cash and credit card usage.
* Female candidate preferred; age 35+
* Minimum 7 10 years of experience in hospitality or private household management
* Prior experience in a luxury hotel or UHNI household setup is highly desirable
* Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Discreet, dependable, and proactive with high attention to detail
* Comfortable living on the premises (accommodation provided).
