We’re looking for a teammate who has qualifications listed below and will work for the Babylon team as “ House Manager ”.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


  • Minimum 6-7 years of experience in venue management or event and operations management
  • Proficient in English
  • Experience in team management
  • Collaborative and team-oriented
  • Effective communication and analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong planning, organization, reporting, and presentation skills, proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Willingness to travel and adaptable to flexible working hours

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THIS POSITION...


  • Organize and manage the venue management process and operations within the framework of the program prepared by the event content and project team
  • Manage the venue and venue teams, guide and delegate relevant teams according to the requirements of the job, and monitor their tasks
  • Establish the daily workflow of the venue, identify venue and event needs, prepare the most suitable plan, oversee field operations, and ensure smooth execution
  • Budget management, P&L
  • Manage all related procurement processes and requests
  • Ensure a regular and efficient working environment at the venue
  • Identify necessary requirements for field work, timely procurement, inspection, and ensure re-procurement as needed
  • Manage customer relations throughout the job, coordinate teams
  • Prepare all required reports for the project upon completion, present to relevant departments and management, and file all related documents
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments
  • Anticipate potential risks inherent in the job structure and take necessary precautions
