House Manager / Family Assistant (Afternoons & Evenings) - Windermere, FL

Position Details

• Location: Windermere, FL
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM (roughly 25-30 hours week)
• Start Date: Flexible for the right fit
• Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience

A warm, welcoming Windermere family is seeking a reliable and experienced House Manager / Family Assistant to support their home and children during afternoon and evening hours. This role is ideal for someone who brings a calm, organized presence and enjoys working with older children and teens.

Schedule: 25–30 hours/week (afternoons & evenings)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Compensation: $21-$23/hour

About the Family
This is a kind, close-knit Catholic family with five children (ages 11, 13, 16, 17, and 19). The home is active but well-structured, and the children are independent overall. The family values warmth, respect, and consistency in the home.

What You’ll Do:

• Help manage the day-to-day flow of the household
• Light housekeeping (dishes, laundry, tidying, organizing kids’ spaces)
• Prepare simple meals and assist with light cooking
• Provide supervision for younger children as needed
• Assist with occasional school/activity pickups and errands
• Support busy afternoons and evenings so the home runs smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in a nanny, house manager, or similar role
• Comfortable working with a range of ages (elementary through college-aged)
• Organized, dependable, and proactive
• Safe driver with reliable transportation
• Comfortable in a family-oriented, values-driven home
• Pet-friendly (small dog in the home)
