Live-In Nanny & Home Manager — Private Family Home
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $2,000/month
- Housing: Private room included
- Bathroom: Private
- Transportation: Car provided
About This Role
We are a family of five seeking a warm, capable, and organized live-in nanny to become a true partner in our home. We have three little ones — an 8-month-old, a 2-year-old, and a 3-year-old — and we're looking for someone who will genuinely feel like a big sister to them, not just a caregiver. When a parent is away, you step into direct care. When a parent is home, you shift to household support. Both parents work a rotating schedule, so consistency and trust are everything. We're not looking for someone who simply watches the children — we're looking for someone who wants to be part of family life.
Responsibilities
- Play, read, and engage with three young children (8 months, 2, and 3 years old) — being a warm, present big-sister figure in their daily lives
- Provide full direct care when parents are away, including infant feeding, diapering, nap routines, and age-appropriate activities
- Plan and prepare family meals, including age-appropriate and baby-safe options
- Run errands: grocery runs, pharmacy pickups, and other family needs
- Laundry and linen care — washing, folding, and putting away
- Light housekeeping: vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchen surfaces
- Communicate openly with both parents to anticipate and respond to household needs
Schedule
Hours are determined week-to-week based on parent availability. This role calls for someone adaptable and communicative — someone who thrives in a dynamic household. Rest and personal time are respected and protected as part of this arrangement.

- Comfortable shifting between joyful play, direct infant care, and household duties throughout the day
- Communicates clearly and respectfully with both parents as equal partners
- Values being part of a family, not just an employee in a household
