House Manager/ Nanny/Personal Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile House Manager, Nanny, and Personal Assistant to join our team in creating a seamless, organized, and nurturing household environment. Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of household operations, including managing vendors, scheduling maintenance, and supervising cleaning staff to maintain a pristine living environment
  • Coordinate and plan events such as family gatherings, dinners, or special occasions with attention to detail and hospitality excellence
  • Provide attentive childcare by supervising daily routines, engaging children in educational activities, and ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Manage household errands such as grocery shopping, laundry, meal preparation, and organizing supplies to ensure efficiency and orderliness
  • Handle administrative tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements for family members
  • Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure consistent cleaning standards and organization across all areas of the residence
  • Assist with property management duties such as overseeing repairs or renovations and liaising with service providers to maintain the property’s condition
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating needs and responding promptly to requests in a professional manner

Experience

  • Proven experience as a House Manager or Personal Assistant within a private residence or hospitality setting
  • Demonstrated childcare experience with skills in supervising children’s activities and ensuring their safety
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Experience in event planning, hospitality operations, or hotel management is highly desirable
  • Skilled in, housekeeping management, laundry services, and cooking for families or guests
  • Administrative experience including calendar coordination, correspondence handling, and vendor management
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Supervising experience overseeing staff or service providers in a household or hospitality environment
