House Manager/Housekeeper w/ Pet Care Duties

We are seeking a reliable, experienced individual to serve as a House Manager, Housekeeper, Pet Caregiver, and overall household assistant for our family.

We are a two-adult household located in South Naples (south of 5th Avenue) with two small dogs and two cats. This position is approximately 25–30 hours per week, generally over three to four days per week.

The ideal candidate is dependable, calm, detail-oriented, flexible, proactive, and genuinely loves animals. We are looking for someone who takes pride in helping a household run smoothly and who is comfortable managing a variety of responsibilities independently.

Responsibilities include:

• General housekeeping and laundry
• Pet care and staying in our home when we travel
• Running errands and grocery shopping
• Occasional light cooking
• Managing weekly service providers such as landscapers and pool maintenance
• Scheduling and overseeing contractors for home maintenance, including HVAC and other systems
• Assisting with general household organization and day-to-day support

The position also requires occasional summer travel to our second home to care for pets approximately 2-3 times per summer. All travel expenses related to the second home will be covered by the employer.

We are looking for someone who is loyal, honest, hardworking, self-motivated, and able to maintain a flexible schedule. Strong communication skills and comfort working in a private home environment are important.
