Scottsdale, AZ | Part-Time (Path to Full-Time Growth)

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable House Manager / Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a growing health and wellness company.

This role focuses on keeping the home organized, clean, and running smoothly. Responsibilities include household upkeep, laundry, simple healthy meal prep, grocery shopping, organizing spaces, managing supplies, and handling day-to-day errands and logistics.

We are looking for someone responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive who enjoys creating structure and taking ownership. This is a part-time role with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position over time for the right person who wants to build something long-term.

Responsibilities

Household Operations

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-managed residence
  • Perform light daily cleaning and manage deep cleaning schedules
  • Laundry management (wash, fold, steam/iron, organize closets)
  • Implement and maintain structured household systems

Meal Prep & Grocery Management

  • Prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks
  • Basic cooking (grilling proteins, vegetables, salads, fruit prep, weekly meal prep)
  • Weekly grocery shopping
  • Maintain organized pantry and kitchen inventory
  • Proactively restock household essentials

Organization & Administrative Support

  • Keep closets, storage areas, garage, and household spaces organized
  • Manage household documentation and appointments
  • Run personal and household errands
  • Handle light administrative support as needed

Property & Vendor Coordination

  • Manage home maintenance schedules
  • Coordinate contractors and service providers
  • Ensure property systems are functioning properly

Dog Care

  • Daily walking and exercise
  • Reinforce basic training
  • Coordinate grooming and vet appointments
