House Manager/Personal Assistant

YourChoice Concierge is looking for people who are passionate about supporting busy professionals & families! The right candidates will be enthusiastic, flexible, self motivated and able to work independently. Good judgement and personal leadership are key. This is a 1099/contract position. This is NOT a full-time position. Opportunity for 40hrs/week over time depending on results and our client needs.

This position will be dedicated to helping busy individuals and families accomplish their personal tasks & responsibilities. Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling appointments
  • Coordinating rides with transportation company
  • Giving rides to appointments when the transportation company is unavailable
  • Making calls
  • Online research
  • Ordering supplies
  • Run occasional errands such as dry cleaning drop-off/pick-up, grocery runs, post office, and more, as needed.
  • Organizing/decluttering home offices and garage
  • Assist with other, occasional organization projects for spaces like the pantry, closets, etc.
  • Create and implement systems to help the household stay clutter-free and efficient.
  • Maintain overall tidiness of the home on an ongoing basis.
  • Assist with tech support
  • Other as-needed tasks that support the smooth operation of the home.

Other important details:

  • 5-15hrs/wk (It will vary depending on the client’s schedule)
  • Pay rate is based on experience

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Prior experience in house management, personal assisting, or similar roles.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
  • Discretion and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing needs and priorities of the household.

Requirements

  • Available at least 2-3 days per week
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to respond quickly and take on last minute requests
  • Must be patient and able to work with elderly clients
  • Must be able to collaborate with other support personnel, management and clients
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
