House Mother / Father

Provide emotional support, supervision, and mentorship to students, acting as a positive role model.

Manage daily routines, including wake-up, mealtimes, chores, and bedtime.

Monitor student health, manage medications, and handle medical/dental appointments. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including conducting risk assessments.

Plan, cook, and serve meals, shop for supplies, clean communal areas, and handle laundry for students.

Perform minor maintenance, maintain the cleanliness of the house and grounds, and secure the premises.

Enforce house rules, maintain discipline, and help students develop good habits.

Liaise with school staff, parents, and administration regarding student welfare.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:
