House Person

• Maintain common spaces, including the hotel lobby, corridors, and public restrooms
• Vacuum, mop, make beds, dust and polish furniture, stock rooms with toiletries, and do laundry as needed
• Track rooms cleaned and document lost and found items, damage, and repairs needed
• Ensure guest rooms are clean and tidy according to our hotel’s standards before guests arrive
• Answer general questions from guests regarding hotel services and local places to see
• Assist with helping guests understand door locks, HVAC controls, and other on-site tech
• Extra cleaning, such as deep cleaning, windows, and steam cleaning

• Must have weekend and holiday availability
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
• Must have graduated from high school or received an equivalent certification
• 1+ years as a housekeeper or similar position
• Impeccable work ethic and excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English
• Technology-forward, use of apps, phones, and keypads is strong here
