As a Houseperson, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy an unforgettable stay by helping maintain the pristine condition of our public areas, including hallways, event spaces, and outdoor public areas. Your responsibilities will also include assisting with guest requests, promptly delivering amenities and special items, and supporting housekeeping operations as needed. In addition, this role involves performing small room maintenance tasks and minor repairs to help ensure guest rooms and facilities remain safe, clean, and well maintained. • Anticipate, listen intently, and respond quickly to visitors' requirements to provide the best quality of service
• Check all allocated floors at the start of each shift and during the day to collect garbage, soiled linen, and other items as directed by management
• Deliver requested amenities such as rollaway beds, cribs, blankets, etc. to guest rooms
• Restock linen supply on each floor by transporting clean linen to the housekeeping storage facilities
• Maintain the cleanliness of the guest rooms and hallways, as well as the lobby and other workspaces

• Possesses a strong work ethic with exemplary organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
• 1 year experience as a houseperson or housekeeper strongly desired
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Good understanding of cleaning techniques and products
