Duties

• Maintain cleanliness of public areas including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and elevators through sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces and guest amenities as needed.
• Support housekeeping staff by replenishing supplies in guest rooms and common areas to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Conduct routine inspections of hotel corridors and service areas to identify maintenance needs or cleanliness issues.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional towels, linens, or other amenities to enhance their stay experience.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during cleaning procedures and report any hazards or damages immediately.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations and hotel policies.

Experience

• Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is highly desirable.
• Experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is appreciated.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing floors.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies will be advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced settings.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Previous custodial or housekeeping management experience is a plus for those interested in advancement opportunities. Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
