We are seeking a trustworthy, compassionate, and responsible female candidate to join our orphanage team as a House Supervisor & Child Welfare Coordinator for 55 orphaned girls living in Bani Gala, Islamabad.
This is an all-rounder role ideal for someone who is organised, caring, emotionally mature, and able to support the daily wellbeing, education, and supervision of children while assisting with general operations.
The successful candidate will play an important role in creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for the girls.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support children in daily routines
- Monitor child safety, wellbeing, and behaviour
- Assist children with homework and educational support
- Coordinate with schools when required
- Maintain basic records and reports
- Help manage supplies and day-to-day operations
- Support hygiene, cleanliness, and house organisation
- Assist with medical visits or emergencies if needed
- Work closely with existing staff including caretaker, cleaner, and security guard
- Promote a caring, respectful, and positive environment
Requirements

- Good communication and organisational skills
- Basic English and Urdu literacy
