Household Manager

Home & Baby Co. is seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Household Manager to support busy professional families across Central Ohio. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader who thrives in dynamic environments and understands the importance of structure, efficiency, and elevated service within a private home.

As a trusted partner to the family, the Household Manager serves as the central point of coordination for home operations ensuring daily life runs seamlessly while maintaining a warm, polished, and well-managed household environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate household staff including housekeepers, nannies, chefs, and maintenance professionals
• Manage daily household operations to ensure cleanliness, organization, and overall efficiency
• Maintain household calendars, appointments, and scheduling for family members
• Coordinate vendors, service providers, and property maintenance schedules
• Assist with event planning for family gatherings, celebrations, and in-home hosting
• Support childcare routines as needed, working collaboratively with nannies and parents
• Oversee household budgets, inventory management, and vendor communications
• Uphold household standards of discretion, professionalism, and safety

Qualifications

• Proven experience in household management, estate management, or luxury hospitality
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience managing service staff
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs proactively
• Experience with event coordination and home-based entertaining
• Background in administrative or personal assistant work preferred
• Professional communication style and high level of discretion
• Childcare experience is a plus
