Household Manager

Our client is seeking a Household Manager/Nanny.

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity where you will earn up to $52,000 per year, based on your experience. Plus, a performance-based bonus. You will work Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30pm. Start date is sometime end of April to mid May. Their person is leaving at the end of school year. Would like her to train with other person for a few weeks.

Some of your responsibilities as Household Manager/Nanny include:

• Caring for four children
• Helping maintain smooth day-to-day flow in the home
• Morning school drop-offs and afternoon pick-ups
• Driving children to after-school activities and appointments (vehicle provided)
• Managing summer schedules including transporting activities and more
• Preparing healthy snacks
• Ensuring gear and change of clothing are ready for activities
• Occasional after-hours care
• Maintaining a structured, positive and nurturing environment
• Light household upkeep
• Assisting with laundry (children help with this)
• Preparing dinner twice per week (you are welcome to take dinner home on those evenings)
• Running occasional errands
• Being present at the home for scheduled service appointments or deliveries

To qualify, you must have:

• Experience in childcare and household coordination
• Professional boundaries, trustworthiness and sound judgment
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexibility and adaptability to schedule changes
• Warm, engaging and invested in building a long-term relationship
• Strong organizational skills
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
• Interest in growing with the family over multiple years
• Valid driver's license
