Household Manager & Nanny

Location: Roseville, CA

About the Role:

A professional family in Roseville is seeking an experienced, reliable Household Manager & Nanny to care for two young school age children and help keep the home running smoothly. This is a long-term position for someone highly organized, and who has a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule and is available to work 8-10 hours per day, Monday through Friday (8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).

Key Responsibilities:

Childcare:

• School drop-off/pick-up and safe transportation to activities and appointments
• Homework support and providing engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Meal/snack prep
• Maintain structured routines and positive discipline

Household Management:

• Manage children's schedules and family calendar
• Administrative household duties including scheduling appointments for both family and professional obligations
• Errands including grocery shopping, meal prep, and other household duties
• Light housekeeping including laundry, general tidying, and household organization

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of childcare experience required. Background in ECE preferred.
• Strong references required.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Nonsmoker with excellent personal hygiene.

Physical Requirements:

The ability to lift/move up to 40 pounds, the ability to stoop, crawl, kneel, bend and twist at the neck and waist, use fine manipulation, reach above shoulder height, lift, sit, and stand for long periods of time (up to 10 hours per day). All applicants must be willing to submit to drug and background tests.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $30 - $35 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
