Location: Greenwood / Lone Jack, MO (On-Site)
Part-Time (30 hrs/week) | $20–$25/hr

About the Role

We’re a busy family looking for the right person to help bring order, organization, and peace into our home.

This role is all about helping our home feel finished, calm, and running smoothly—not just clean, but truly organized and enjoyable to live in.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in creating great spaces, enjoys staying busy, and naturally sees what needs to be done without being asked.

What You’ll Do

• Laundry (wash, fold, and put away properly)
• Organize and maintain clean, functional spaces throughout the home
• Help “finish” areas of the house so everything has a place
• Create simple systems (example: organizing shoes, closets, storage, etc.)
• Assist with light cleaning and step in when our cleaner is unavailable
• Run errands (groceries, Home Depot, pickups, etc.)
• Help coordinate and attend appointments when needed
• Assist with listing and selling items (Facebook Marketplace, etc.)
• Help with simple meal prep and occasional cooking
• Assist with seasonal decorating and keeping the home feeling fresh and welcoming

What We’re Looking For

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• A natural “task finisher” who enjoys completing projects
• Someone who takes initiative and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
• Comfortable with changing priorities and different tasks each day
• Reliable and consistent (very important)
• Positive, easy to be around, and takes pride in their work

What Success Looks Like

• The home feels organized, clean, and complete
• Spaces are not just tidy—but functional and well thought out
• Systems are created that make daily life easier
• Laundry and daily tasks are handled without reminders
• The home feels welcoming, peaceful, and taken care of

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, typically 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Consistent schedule with some flexibility

Compensation

• $20–$25/hour depending on experience
• Opportunity to grow into a larger role over time

Start Date

• As soon as we find the right person
