Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Household Manager/Personal Assistant to support a dynamic household. This role involves managing daily household operations, coordinating personal schedules, overseeing staff, and ensuring a seamless living environment. Responsibilities
- Oversee household operations including cleaning, laundry, and housekeeping management to ensure a spotless and well-maintained environment
- Coordinate and supervise household staff such as cleaners, housekeepers, cooks, and childcare providers to ensure smooth daily functioning
- Manage personal schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and event planning to support household members’ needs
- Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, calendar management, and household budgeting with precision and discretion
- Plan and execute events or special occasions within the residence, ensuring all details are flawlessly managed
- Maintain property management duties such as overseeing repairs, liaising with service providers, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Household Manager or professional nanny in a private residence or hospitality setting
- Strong background in event planning, childcare, residential cleaning, and housekeeping management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure
- Experience supervising household staff and managing property maintenance tasks
- Knowledge of laundry processes, cooking skills, and hospitality standards preferred
- Exceptional time management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Customer service orientation with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly
