Household Manager/Personal Assistant

A Household Manager is the operational support system of a private home. We help busy, high-income households run smoothly by managing daily tasks, schedules, staff coordination, and home organization.

This role is about creating structure and flow in the home so everything is handled efficiently and proactively. Tasks may include coordinating schedules, overseeing household needs, running errands, preparing for guests or events, and supporting overall home organization.

This is not a traditional housekeeping role. While light hands-on support may be involved, the focus is management, coordination, and ensuring the home operates seamlessly.

Experience We’re Looking For

We prefer experience in:

  • Household management or home support roles
  • Executive or personal assistant work
  • Nanny or family assistant roles with organizational duties

Trust & Discretion

This is a high-trust, private role. You must be fully discreet, respectful of confidentiality, and able to work inside private homes with professionalism at all times.

We are looking for someone:

  • Highly organized and proactive
  • Reliable and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments
  • Able to anticipate needs and take initiative
  • Professional and respectful of privacy at all times

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10.0 per week
