Title: Household Manager with Meal Prep Support
Location: Eustace, TX 75124
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Proposed Start Date: ASAP
Requirements:
Able to maintain a smoke-free environment
Reliable transportation
Clean driving record (must be comfortable driving the family car with family insurance)
Comfortable working in a Christian household
Willingness to sign an NDA
Proposed Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 9:30 PM – 6:00 PM (30 minute lunch) or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (hour lunch)
Compensation package:
· $22-$25/hour (performance-based review after 90 days)
· PTO/Vacation

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive partner to help with household management, meal preparation, and other tasks to give us more time as a family.
Who We're Looking For
We need a warm, self-motivated individual who can work independently and help build and maintain household systems. The right candidate will be able to handle tasks such as laundry management, grocery shopping, and meal preparation, as well as assist with after-school pickups and family-related errands. They should be organized and able to create and maintain household systems. We value clear communication and a proactive attitude. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who aligns with our values and can support us in a flexible, collaborative way.

Key Responsibilities:
This role focuses on keeping the household running smoothly day to day, with a few core priorities that anchor the work. Other responsibilities support the overall flow of the home and are handled as time allows or on an as-needed basis. We care more about the right things getting done – not checking all the boxes.
Weekly Priorities:
Reset and tidy rooms daily (e.g., load/unload dishwasher, wipe surfaces, vacuum high-traffic areas, make beds)
Track and restock pantry, fridge, toiletries, and household supplies
Prepare a nightly meal for the family
Clean kitchen post-prep and maintain kitchen tidiness
Do one load of laundry daily (rotate through family clothing, towels, bedding)
Those core daily and weekly responsibilities come first, but once handled, we welcome support in other areas based on time, energy, and household needs that week, including:
Household Management & Organization
Create and/or maintain household organization systems
Prep home for bi-weekly housecleaners
Tidy rooms (floors picked up, beds made, loose laundry put away)
Help organize
Conduct seasonal swaps (clothing, décor, bedding)
Prepare and coordinate donation drop-offs
Assist with events/holidays/guest prep/birthday parties
Provide help packing/unpacking for travel
Change batteries, light bulbs, smoke detectors, etc., as needed
Deep Cleaning & Special Projects
Coordinate with cleaners for occasional deep cleans (oven, baseboards)
Refresh garage/mudroom/entry
Manage larger organizational projects (toys, gear)
Inventory Management & Errands:
Manage running household supply lists
Manage household orders and subscriptions (Amazon/Costco/Target)
Run errands: returns, dry cleaning, post office, gift shopping
Wrap gifts for birthdays, holidays, etc.
Bring mail in, help put package items away
Breakdown boxes
Meal Planning & Prep
Prepare up to five dinners a week (Monday-Friday)
Prepare sack lunch for the following day (Monday – Thursday)
Get groceries weekly
Clean up kitchen and maintenance tidiness
Laundry & Linen Care
Wash/fold/organize/put away family laundry
Rotate linens and towels weekly
Maintain tidy and well-stocked laundry areas
Vehicle Management
Clean out vehicles and take them to occasional car washes
Assist with ad hoc maintenance appointments
Vendor & Property Oversight
Oversee cleaners, contractors, landscapers, pest control and pool service
Research/coordinate repairs and quotes
Local Airbnb
Assistance with Lakehouse Airbnb as needed
Administrative & Personal Assistant Support
Calendar management (including household schedules) openness
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
