Household Manager/Personal Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Household Manager/Personal Assistant to oversee daily household operations and provide dedicated support to the family. Duties

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of household operations, including scheduling maintenance, overseeing cleaning staff, and supervising household staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Plan and execute special events, gatherings, and family celebrations with creativity and precision
  • Provide childcare support by supervising children’s activities, assisting with homework, organizing playdates, and ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
  • Oversee residential cleaning routines, laundry services, and housekeeping management to maintain a pristine living environment
  • Prepare meals or coordinate with chefs/caterers to ensure nutritious and appealing food options are available for family members and guests
  • Manage household supplies inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure all needs are met efficiently
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining household records

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Household Manager within private residences or luxury hospitality settings
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in event planning, childcare, housekeeping management, and property oversight
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented approach
  • Ability to supervise staff such as cleaners, cooks, nannies or other household personnel
  • Skilled in time management with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
  • Knowledge of residential cleaning techniques, laundry procedures, cooking basics, and hospitality standards
  • Familiarity with property management tools or software is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
