Housekeeper (1099 contractor)

Overview:

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. This position is ideal for those who excel in maintaining cleanliness and organization in various settings, including both commercial properties and residential homes.

Duties:

- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming

- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas

- Make beds and change linens (if requested)

- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly

- Cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces

- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel

- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while performing duties

Skills:

- Knowledge of proper cleaning methods for different surfaces and materials

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards

- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is a plus

- Basic custodial skills, such as trash removal and restroom cleaning

- Understanding of housekeeping procedures is a plus

- Must have transportation.
