Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet brand standards
• Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques to keep surfaces spotless and safe
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities to provide a seamless guest experience
• Follow established protocols for sanitation and safety to uphold health regulations and company policies
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and continued quality standards
• Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
• Support team members during busy periods by stepping into supervisory or management roles when needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments; hotel experience is highly valued
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation procedures
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and extractors efficiently
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
• Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning products and custodial equipment preferred
• Prior housekeeping management experience is a plus for leadership opportunities
