Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment
• Maintain spotless floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care procedures
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest comfort
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe environment for all staff and guests
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues or areas needing extra attention and report them promptly
• Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing when required
• Support the overall cleanliness of the facility by performing janitorial tasks such as trash removal and surface sanitation

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments—hotel experience is highly valued
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, buffing, and industrial cleaning methods
• Strong understanding of janitorial procedures and industrial cleaning practices
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
• Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
