Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials to ensure readiness for guests or residents.
• Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to promote a safe environment.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing additional attention or maintenance.
• Manage janitorial tasks efficiently, including waste disposal and sanitation procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and management to ensure high standards of cleanliness are consistently met.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial roles, preferably within hospitality or hotel environments.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods.
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and hospitality industry standards.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Experience in housekeeping management is a plus for leadership roles within the team.
