Housekeeper
Reports to: Head of Housekeeping, Maintenance Director
Position Summary:
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the Clubhouse and Satellite facilities at Heritage Club. This role ensures a welcoming, sanitary, and comfortable environment for members, guests, and staff while upholding the club’s high standards of service and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, dining spaces, offices, common areas, and remote facilities around the golf course and pool areas.

Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors and surfaces.

Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials.

Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.

Maintain cleanliness of windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.

Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.

Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged property promptly.

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with members and guests.
Qualifications:

High school or equivalent education completed.

Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred.

Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.

Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–40 pounds.

Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Work Environment:
This position requires working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. The role involves physical activity including standing for extended periods, lifting supplies, and repetitive motions.
