Reports to: Head of Housekeeping, Maintenance Director

Position Summary:
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the Clubhouse and Satellite facilities at Heritage Club. This role ensures a welcoming, sanitary, and comfortable environment for members, guests, and staff while upholding the club’s high standards of service and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, dining spaces, offices, common areas, and remote facilities around the golf course and pool areas.
  • Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors and surfaces.
  • Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials.
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
  • Maintain cleanliness of windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.
  • Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged property promptly.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with members and guests.
Qualifications:
  • High school or equivalent education completed.
  • Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–40 pounds.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Work Environment:
This position requires working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. The role involves physical activity including standing for extended periods, lifting supplies, and repetitive motions.
