Housekeeper

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, English-speaking Housekeeper to support a high net worth household. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standard private home environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining exceptional cleanliness and organization while upholding the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily deep cleaning and overall upkeep of the residence
• Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable living environment
• Conduct thorough cleaning of all rooms (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing)
• Change bed linens daily
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene with strong attention to detail
• Manage and replenish household inventories (cleaning supplies, toiletries, groceries)
• Organize closets, cupboards, and storage areas for efficiency
• Assist with meal serving when needed
• Ensure appliances, electronics, and household equipment are functioning properly
• Handle special projects (seasonal deep cleaning, post-event cleanup, organization projects)
• Perform additional household-related tasks as requested
• Maintain professionalism, discretion, and respect for privacy at all times

Qualifications & Skills

• Fluent in English (required)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in high net worth or luxury private households
• Strong knowledge of high-end furnishings, fabrics, and textiles
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Discreet, reliable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to perform efficiently in a high-pressure environment
• Flexible and adaptable schedule

Schedule

• 8 hours per day (initial schedule)
• 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• One day off per week: Tuesday
• Opportunity to increase hours based on mutual agreement and performance

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
