Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment
• Maintain high standards of floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure spotless surfaces
• Restock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning products to ensure availability for all areas
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards
• Adhere to established cleanliness checklists and quality assurance procedures during each shift
• Support team members with additional janitorial tasks during busy periods or special events

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles, preferably within hotels or similar environments
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods
• Familiarity with janitorial equipment, cleaning chemicals, and safety regulations
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on hygiene standards and guest satisfaction
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed
• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is highly desirable
