Housekeeper

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment
• Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure a spotless appearance
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities to meet guest needs
• Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to management for swift resolution
• Adhere to health and sanitation standards in all cleaning activities
• Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning
• Familiarity with hotel or industrial cleaning standards is highly desirable
• Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Prior custodial or housekeeping management experience is a plus
