Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment
• Maintain impeccable floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures to promote a safe environment for yourself and others
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and continuous quality standards
• Adhere to hospitality industry best practices for sanitation, hygiene, and customer service in all cleaning tasks
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to maintain overall facility excellence

Requirements

• Familiarity with floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing surfaces
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a strong plus; knowledge of industry standards is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining a positive attitude
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
