Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Care for floors by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction
• Follow established cleaning protocols to uphold health and safety standards across all areas
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas and handle linen management efficiently
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to uphold overall facility standards

Experience

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly desirable
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to hospitality or industrial settings
• Familiarity with floor care equipment and products used in commercial cleaning environments
• Experience with janitorial or custodial tasks that require attention to detail and efficiency
• Background in hospitality or hotel management is a plus but not mandatory
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
