We are looking for a thorough and reliable Housekeeper with a strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness to join our team. Your goal? To enhance the guest experience by keeping our hotel clean, safe, and welcoming.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy all guest rooms and public areas to company standards within designated timeframes
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional attitude
• Create and follow daily task lists; document all cleaned rooms and completed work
• Maintain housekeeping equipment in proper working condition
• Report any damages, maintenance needs, or safety concerns immediately
• Handle guest complaints and requests politely and effectively
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and consumables
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies at all times

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently while staying motivated
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Customer service-focused with a helpful attitude
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of English required
• High school diploma or equivalent
