Reports To: Lead Housekeeper

Pay Range: $16.30 – $18.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday

7.30 am – 3.30 pm

About The Role

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments, common areas, and offices on a scheduled basis
• Perform deep cleaning as needed
• Vacuum, mop, dust, remove trash, and sanitize bathrooms
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas
• Use cleaning supplies safely and follow proper chemical handling procedures
• Report equipment issues and safety concerns promptly
• Interact respectfully and professionally with residents, families, and team members
• Build positive relationships with residents by learning their preferences
• Support team members and assist in other areas as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or related experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and remain on feet for extended periods
• Comfortable with bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Friendly, dependable, and effective communicator
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Must meet Oregon healthcare worker vaccination requirements (medical/religious exemptions considered)
